It must be Friday! Realtor tour was yesterday and the resounding vote for the home that represented the best value on tour was 1125 Martin Avenue. This home show cases smart design and has been fully remodeled in 2015. Meticulously maintained since the work was finished and has a great floor plan. The 2015 upgrades include: new insulation, energy efficient lighting, low-e windows, and gas fireplace with custom mantle, hearth and surround. The exterior features a new composition roof, new paint and all new doors. Interior upgrades: new flooring and carfpet, drywall, doors, and trim. The chef will appreciate the kitchen with maple glazed cabinets, slab granite counters, stainless appliances, and a stackable washer/dryer. The bathroom boast travertine tile, new plumbing fixtures and vanity. Two slider doors invite nature and daylight in. The fenced back yard and deck offers a great place to relax and entertain. Truly a must see. Click the link for all the photos, or give me a call to see this one in person 530-307-0604 Because everyone should love where they live.
While we (Trish Hall and I) were out checking on all FOUR of the Forest Service cabins that we currently have listed, we did an impromptu video update on 1040 Echo Summit Road. This is one of the largest FS cabins that I have seen, with two bathrooms (and one of them even has a full bath tub!) and three bedrooms. It is positioned on the ridge of Echo Summit and has some spectacular views. Check out the YouTube video for the full effect, the birds definitely know that it’s Spring. https://youtu.be/jBgOFgNZyNk
